I am only too painfully aware of how rubbish I am at explaining a recipe so you will be able to find that at Kitty's Kitchen blog as soon as a link is available. In the meantime the ingredients are below and I am confident you could cook this up yourself in a heartbeat!

For two people:
500g chicken liver
2 chicken breast fillets
2 slices prosciutto
4 large potatoes
6 stems purple sprouting broccoli
2 medium size oranges
4 gelatin leaves
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chilli oil
2 tbsp salt
3 tbsp garlic granules or 3 garlic cloves
3 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp onion granules or half small white onion
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
180g butter
250ml of red wine or brandy
2 ciabatta rolls
