From someone who has family in all branches it means a lot. “California is green and fertile, and doesn’t have wild fires.” Ummm, I think you missed some of the largest in California history, in recent news during the 2018 fire season. A whole town was nearly completely destroyed in the Camp Fire. It was devastating for those immediately affected and our small surrounding communities.

my brother also graduated from this recruiting depot in san diego. we went through the same process as a family and it was so emotional to see him in his uniform as one of the top 5 graduating marines. he was honored and it felt as if we as his family were honored too. congratulations to you guys :)

I love everything about this video, it's so weird seeing my Boot Camp company with all different Drill Instructors. Almost two years ago on April 14th of 2017 I graduated from Golf Company Platoon 2147 (Honor Platoon Baby) Shout out to my Senior Drill Instructor Ssgt. Sangster. It's super badass that you took your own time to go see some young guys like myself graduate from a journey of a lifetime and the beginning of a good life to become great fucking Marines.
